The DF1131 is one of the most unique machines on the market today. Designed with a retractable arch, the unit allows for the direct forward feeding of lumber, tubing, piping and sign posts onto the tabletop. Once in position, an operator activates the strapping cycle, the arch swings upward from inside of the cabinet around the product and the strapping cycle is completed.
This unit is normally used in situations where passing a product through the arch is awkward or impractical. Also it is very common to interface two or three DF1131’s together so that multiple straps are placed on the product simultaneously, streamlining the time required to secure the product |
