The DF-11 is built around a rugged frame with heavy duty components and has proven to be a “workhorse” in many industries. The DF-11 comes standard with roller table tops allowing the user to handle packages effortlessly. The machine can be configured with many different arch sizes to best fit your application needs.
- How do I strap packages? Cycle initiation can be issued in three ways, by the start switch, the foot switch or hands free with our optional roller switch.
- How high is the table? The DF-11 has a table height of 795mm (31.3”).
- What type of power does the strapping machine need? The DF-11 operates on single phase 120v power, the machine can be plugged in virtually anywhere in yourfacility.
- What size strap can I use in the machine? This machine can be ordered to run 9mm (3/8”) or 12mm (1/2) strap.
- Do I need extra floor space for the coil dispenser? No,the dispenser is internally located therefore minimizing the required floor space.
- What process is used to seal the strap? The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
