The DF-11SC incorporates a stainless steel exterior cabinet. A proven “workhorse” in the harsh environments of the meat and poultry packing environments, it is capable of over 37 strapping cycles per minute. It has a rugged frame and roller table top construction. The arch configuration is 700mm (27.6”) wide by 400mm (15.75”) high. Cycle initiation is by start switch or foot switch. The DF-11SC has a table height of 795mm (31.3”). Operating on 220 volts – 3 phase power, the machine is also available in single phase and higher voltages as an option. This machine can be ordered to run 9mm (3/8”) or 12mm (1/2) strap. The dispenser is internally located which minimizes the required floor space and reduces the amount of condensation which can form on the coil. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency. |
